I spent years on the sales floor of major retailers, fitting and selling at the highest level in golf and sporting goods. I know how the industry gets a buyer to “yes” — which is exactly why I now work only for the buyer.
My judgment isn’t for sale
If something isn’t the right fit, I’ll say so — even if it costs me the deal. I’ve turned down sales before rather than push the wrong fit, and that doesn’t change here.
Real market research, not a hunch
Comparable listings, fair-price benchmarking, and inspection before money moves — the diligence most buyers don’t have time to do themselves.
